Katharine De Santos
Registered Psychotherapist
At Healthy Minds Psychotherapy, we provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive psychotherapy to clients across Ontario and other Canadian provinces. Our clinic offers a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can explore their experiences and work toward healing and growth.
Led by Katharine De Santos, a Registered Psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience in Canada and the United States, our team supports individuals navigating trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, fertility concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and substance use.
Our team includes master’s-level clinicians who have completed extensive graduate training and continue to engage in professional development to remain current with evidence-based and best practices. Collectively, our experience spans a range of clinical settings, including hospitals, inpatient and outpatient programs, palliative care, university counselling centers, and correctional facilities.
We integrate approaches such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy to offer care that is tailored to each client’s needs. We work with individuals aged 10 and above and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
Our goal is to provide a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward greater well-being.
