At Forward Thinking Psychological Services (FTPS), we provide you with warmth, compassion and tools you need to move ahead in your life and achieve your goals. Our work is evidence-based, collaborative and values-based – ensuring that every individual is a participant in their treatment and is able to become their own therapist over time. We provide treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

Biography

I am a registered clinical psychologist with experience in the delivery of scientifically-supported treatments for obsessive compulsive and related disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues and trauma. I have worked with individuals in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. My team, Forward Thinking Psychological Services, is excited to work with you and help you move forward towards the life you want. We provide online therapy and assessment in Ontario, BC, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. At Forward Thinking, our interventions include CBT, ERP, Inference Based-CBT for OCD, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based treatment. Within our practice, we have years of collective expertise and look forward to working with you to achieve a better quality of life and a greater ability to navigate the distress you are experiencing and live the life you want! We are delighted to be able to offer flexible, accessible, and convenient therapy with individualized treatment plans that meet your specific goals.
