Welcome! I know it can be overwhelming trying to find the right therapist, and with so many options, where do you start? I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, so let me introduce myself. I work with couples who are either experiencing a difficult period in their relationship, are anticipating significant life changes, or are simply looking to build greater communication skills and partnership. I also support individuals looking to explore emotional repression, maladaptive reactions, unresolved trauma, impostor syndrome and people-pleasing tendencies. I believe everybody has the potential to thrive, but it can be hard to find the strength on our own. I take a collaborative approach, so we work together to identify the issues, determine your goals, and make a plan for how to achieve them. I go beyond talk therapy to help you develop the skills necessary to tackle life's challenges I use a mix of evidence-based approaches and a nonjudgmental, compassionate space to ensure you feel understood and motivated to be your best self.
