Nicole Ricketts

I’m a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Founder of Therativa, a tele-therapy practice supporting care partners and helping professionals across New Brunswick and beyond. I create a calm, grounding space where you can slow down, breathe, and be met exactly where you are—without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” My work is trauma-informed and evidence-based, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Polyvagal-Informed Practice, with a palliative and relational lens. I specialize in supporting those navigating life-limiting conditions, high-responsibility roles, and transitions. Whether you’re feeling the weight of ongoing demands, adjusting to a major life change, or wanting to reconnect with yourself, our sessions honour your emotions, body, stories, relationships, and hopes.
