Tracey Ropp
Registered Psychotherapist
Hello! I get that reaching out for support can be difficult, particularly when you’re already feeling busy with work, family, school, or just the overall demands of life in general. I can help to figure out what’s creating stress or unease for you, and then together we’ll develop practical, realistic strategies that fit for you in your current circumstances.
Here’s some information about me, to help you decide if you’d like us to connect.
I work with:
• Adults balancing work, family, and/or personal commitments
• College and university students, including professional school and adult learners
• High school students preparing for post-secondary
• Individuals navigating ADHD, neurodiversity, and/or learning challenges
The areas I help with include, but are not limited to:
• Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
• Coping with life changes and transitions
• Balancing responsibilities
• Executive functioning skills
• Focus & attention
• Learning & study strategies, including testing anxiety
• Motivation & procrastination
• Positive habits & routines
• Time management & organization
My approach focuses on using your strengths to help you develop practical, realistic strategies that fit for you and your life. In addition to being a counsellor and therapist, I’m certified as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and as a Mindfulness Facilitator. I'm a member of the Learning Specialists Association of Canada and the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association.
If you’re looking for a supportive person to listen to your concerns with compassion, feel free to contact me for more information, to book an appointment, or to request a complimentary consultation. I’ve been working with adults and students for over 25 years, and I’d love to connect with you to see how I might be able to help.
Please note: I always reply so if you don't see a message from me please check your junk or spam folders. Appointments can also be booked directly from my website: https://www.embracethoughtfullearning.com/contact
