Biography

Anna Marson is a compassionate, client-centered psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals with ADHD, trauma, attachment challenges, addiction, depression, anxiety, and mental health concerns. She offers practical, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapy that emphasizes actionable strategies for lasting change. Her integrative approach draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), ADHD coaching, and other modalities. Inspired by interpersonal neurobiology and neuroplasticity, Anna incorporates psychoeducation to help clients understand their brain and body, normalize their experiences, and develop resilience. Anna holds a PsyD from California Southern University, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria, and an Honours BA in Psychology from McMaster University. She is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA), providing services across Canada and internationally.
