Biography
Hi, I’m Rachel Bradley, a Calgary-based registered psychologist. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and adult ADHD concerns. My goal is to help clients gain insight into patterns that keep them stuck and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT). My sessions are collaborative and structured, with a focus on understanding your experiences, building skills, and creating real-world change. I offer therapy in-person in Calgary and virtually across Alberta, providing flexibility for busy schedules. I also provide adult ADHD assessments, with comprehensive evaluation and clear recommendations. My approach is warm, honest, and practical — supporting you every step of the way as you work toward clarity, growth, and meaningful progress.
