Hi, I’m Rachel Bradley, a Calgary-based counsellor and registered provisional psychologist. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and adult ADHD concerns. My goal is to help clients gain insight into patterns that keep them stuck and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT).
