Together, we will develop a plan to get you where you would like to be. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques, we will work towards understanding the patterns in your life that are holding you back and develop practical and effective strategies that will help you feel better.
