My approach to counselling is collaborative and personalized. Clients seek support with life transitions, personal growth, and shifting old patterns. In our early sessions, we explore past experiences and what’s holding you back. Many clients feel empowered and begin to notice meaningful change within the first few months.

Biography

Hi! I’m Ana — a Registered Counsellor, and one of my life’s callings is to support people in understanding themselves more deeply and living with greater truth and emotional freedom. Do you find yourself repeating patterns that hurt you or your relationships, without knowing how to stop? Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost connection with yourself? If any of this resonates — I see you. I know how painful it can feel to navigate life from a place of confusion, disconnection, or emotional overload. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and gently create space for change. I believe you already carry what you need — my role is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and start living a more balanced, authentic life. My approach is holistic, inclusive, and integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Inner-Child Work — always tailoring our sessions to what feels most supportive for you.
