Hi! My name is Ana, I'm a Registered Counsellor, and one of my life's purposes is to help my clients understand themselves deeply. Do you repeat unwanted behaviours without knowing how to stop them? Are those actions affecting your relationships and day-to-day life? Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious or flooded with emotions? Do you hope your life, relationships with others and yourself could be better? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I see you. And I know how hard it is to navigate life feeling stuck or lost. I would love to support you in making the changes you need to live a happy and fulfilled life. I believe my clients have everything they need to make the changes they want, and I love to witness them find their truth and live an authentic and emotionally balanced life. I'm informed in Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Dialectical, Somatic therapy, and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I also draw from Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Inner-Child Work. My practice is holistic, inclusive, safe and integrative so you can move forward, get the help you need, and feel heard and seen.
