Tina Wilston

Tina holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa. She has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in a variety of environments including research settings, hospitals, universities and private practice. Tina works from a client-centered approach, focusing on developing a collaborative working relationship and providing emotional support for children, teens and adults. She works with individuals and families on issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Burnout, Parenting, Divorce, Chronic Pain, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and more.
