My path to Psychotherapy has been shaped by a rich background in Healthcare and Education, as well as personal journeys through many of life’s transitions. These experiences fuel my passion for walking alongside others with curiosity and empathy as they navigate change, challenge, and growth. I utilize various person-centred therapeutic approaches, tailored to each client's unique needs. My methods include compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic experiencing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I believe in meeting clients where they are, fostering trust, empathy, and curiosity.
