MY APPROACH
I approach my sessions with a solution-focused and strengths-based focus. I enjoy working with parts work, ACT and mindfulness, as well as CBT and blending these modalities to explore and build emotional, behavioural, and cognitive tools based on client needs. My clients tend to see gradual improvement after the first few sessions that continues until goals are met.
I believe that you are the best authority on your life, and my job is to help you navigate a path through self-discovery and healing. I have lived experience in many of the subjects my clients bring to sessions, rooting me empathy. Allowing me to meet clients in a safe, empowering, genuine way.
FEES & FINANCES
Regular 50 min sessions are priced at $145. Extended 80 min sessions are priced at $195 and recommended for your first intake appoint. I offer a sliding scale between $100 and $130 based on financial need.
My psychotherapy services are covered by most insurance providers, and can be claimed with the receipt provided. Please contact your provider directly to determine your coverage amount.
