We specialize in anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem, ADHD, depression, and relationship issues. Our therapists draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches—including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Method, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy—tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
