Hi! I'm Matt Klompus, and I am a registered psychotherapist working out of Kitchener, Ontario. I see clients virtually throughout Ontario. I specialize in ADHD, depression/anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and past trauma. I also work with couples. I primarily use a client-centered, strengths-based approach, bringing in elements of IFS, DBT and EFT.

Hi, I'm Matt. Sometimes we don’t know how to get to where we want. Sometimes we think we know, but just can’t get started. It can all feel like too much and we can become overwhelmed. At these times, what we need is a little help and support. Counselling can be that. No matter what your goals are, we can work towards them together. Counselling can be a way to rediscover your strengths and re-frame your past. It is a place to get curious about why you are where you are, and explore what might be holding you back. I can help you utilize your knowledge and experience to move positively into the future. My approach is very collaborative and relational. I specialize in helping people manage their ADHD and any of the other issues and problems that can arise from it. I also help people with depression and anxiety. Together we will figure out what's getting in your way and come up with plans and systems to help you work towards your goals. Change is possible. Progress is possible. Happiness, fulfillment and peace are all possible. And they’re within your reach.
