Biography
Meet Haley Dodd, Student Therapist You’re tired, but your mind won’t slow down. Replaying conversations, overthinking small decisions, or feeling on edge for no clear reason? Everyday things like texts, emails, and plans can start to feel overwhelming — or maybe your relationship feels stuck in the same patterns. Haley offers a non-judgmental space to step out of that constant mental noise and reconnect with calm and clarity. Together you’ll gently explore the patterns underneath what you’re feeling and build practical tools to cope. Over time, clients often feel more grounded, present, and at ease — sleeping better, communicating more openly, and no longer stuck in survival mode. Haley is a Master’s-level psychotherapy intern at Yorkville University (practising under supervision). She works with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults using CBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and person-centred approaches.
