About

A second-generation psychotherapist with lived experience as an immigrant, corporate leader, and survivor of relational trauma, I bring a compassionate, culturally attuned, and trauma-informed lens. My integrative approach draws on Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, EFT, IFS, Polyvagal-informed approaches, Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT, and SFBT to foster meaningful and lasting change.

Biography

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Mississauga, offering therapy in English and Russian to individuals, couples, and families across Ontario. As a second-generation psychotherapist, my work is deeply shaped by both professional training and lived experience—including immigration, leadership in high-pressure corporate environments, and healing from relational trauma. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership, where I worked closely with high-performing professionals navigating stress, burnout, and complex workplace dynamics. This experience allows me to understand not only the emotional but also the practical realities my clients face in their daily lives. My approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in attachment science. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal-informed work, Somatic Therapy, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches. I focus on helping clients understand their patterns, regulate their nervous system, and build more secure, meaningful connections—with themselves and others. I have a particular interest in working with: High-functioning individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, and career stress Individuals healing from emotional or relational trauma Couples navigating disconnection, conflict, or life transitions Immigrants and individuals navigating identity and cultural transitions Men’s mental health and emotional awareness In therapy, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded—where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. My goal is not just insight, but real, lasting change in how you relate to yourself and the people in your life.
