I offer a gentle, grounded space for people to feel heard, supported, and reconnected to themselves. As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and counsellor, I blend evidence-based therapy with deep compassion and real-world understanding. Healing isn’t linear, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Biography

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, others, or the life they want. As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and counsellor, I offer a calm, compassionate space where healing feels possible, even when life feels messy. My work is rooted in respect and real connection. I draw on CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and inner child work, but at its core, our time together is a conversation, one where you're met with curiosity, care, and zero pressure to be anything other than human. I've supported clients through crisis in acute hospital settings and walked alongside them in the slower rebuilding process in community care. These experiences have deepened my respect for the complexity of people’s stories, from trauma and mood disorders to burnout and quiet exhaustion. Healing isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about remembering who you are and feeling safe enough to be that person. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your strength, voice, and capacity to move forward, on your own terms, at your own pace. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there.
