Using a variety of therapeutic frameworks, we'll gently explore your anger and/or anxiety together, learning to accept them as part of the human experience rather than struggling against them. We'll work on developing mindfulness skills to help you become more aware of your emotions without judgment, and we'll identify values that are truly important to you, using them as a compass to guide you towards a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Everyone's journey is unique, and I'm here to walk alongside you at your own pace. I create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings.
