I offer compassionate and professional counselling to assist clients navigate their life's journey. I help clients with their challenges including anxiety, anger management, depression, grief, ADHD, relationships, traumas and personal growth.

Biography

As both an experienced counsellor and hypnotherapist I am able to help client more effectively address a wide range is issues than with talk therapy alone. When combined with my life experience, my years in business and my own personal therapy journey, I am equipped to bring a depth of empathy of knowledge to assisting my clients.
