Biography
All parts of you are welcome here - especially the ones that have been hurt, burdened, or silenced. This is a space to rest, reflect, and begin again. I work from a feminist, anti-oppressive lens, and prioritize safety, trust, and real connection. Many of the people I work with have been impacted by addiction, trauma, or both - directly or through relationships. Others come wanting to understand themselves more deeply or make meaningful change. I’m here to walk beside you, explore the hard stuff, and help you reconnect with your strength and clarity. Consider me your number one cheerleader and a compassionate co-investigator. I bring 3+ years of experience in substance use treatment and a passion for getting to the root of what’s going on. I see healing as both personal and relational, and I understand how your environment, relationships, and history shape your present. Our work will balance deep reflection with practical, present-focused tools. Above all, I believe in your resilience. You’ve made it this far for a reason. Together, we can unpack what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and aligned. If you feel like we'd be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email at [email protected]. I'd be more than happy to schedule a complimentary 15min consultation to ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward with me.
