Biography

Hello! Everyone has their own story, and I want to hear yours. Living my life between two countries (Canada and Hong Kong) has made me aware of the importance of connection and the struggles of finding a home and fitting in. I have lived and breathed the importance of family, of culture, and how our environment can shape who we are. I believe that everyone is leading their own unique lives and that therapy will be different for everyone. No session or treatment will be the same. Your therapy is uniquely tailored to you and your struggles, goals, and aspirations. Most importantly, therapy is a partnership, there can be no therapy without you. I do not encourage you to do more or be more, but instead encourage you to slow down and take stock of what’s working and what’s not. I enjoy bringing some humor into my sessions as well. Therapy doesn't have to be all serious and emotional. Sometimes, a good laugh can go a long way!
