Biography
Hi, I’m Sasha Sky, and I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the land. As the founder of Wiidookodaadiwin, I view my role as one to walk beside people on their healing journey, with warmth, humility, and curiosity. My work is shaped by my identity as an Indigenous therapist who deeply values cultural connection, community care, and reciprocity. Therapy with me is relational, trauma-informed, and guided by both professional knowledge and lived experience. I don’t approach the work as the expert on your life—I come alongside you to make space for the stories, emotions, and strengths you may have had to carry alone for too long. In our work together You can expect a calm, steady presence and space where your whole self is welcome. We’ll move at your pace, exploring the patterns and pain points in your life, while also noticing where resilience, joy, and connection live inside you. I view the therapeutic space as sacred and co-created. Whether you come to therapy holding anxiety, numbness, disconnection, or grief, I will meet you gently and with respect for all the layers you carry. As someone who also works as a clinical supervisor, I support other therapists in bringing depth, cultural attunement, and integrity to their practice. If you’re longing for a therapeutic space that honours your story and your spirit, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. Please note that I am not accepting new clients at this time.
