Savannah Dasilva Psychotherapy is a queer-owned practice providing virtual and in-person psychotherapy services in Toronto, ON. We work wth 2SLGBTQI+ neurodivergent adults who are looking to find balance and sustainability in their lives living with neurodivergence, anxiety, stress, chronic illness/pain, grief and loss, relationships, and identity challenges; by using the arts.
Biography
Living with ADHD can make life transitions feel overwhelming and exhausting. You may be navigating identity changes, relationship shifts, burnout, or identity exploration while managing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm. As an 2SLGBTQI+ or neurodivergent adult, you might be tired of masking or explaining yourself in spaces that don’t feel affirming. You want therapy that understands ADHD, honours your identity, and helps life feel more manageable and meaningful. I help 2SLGBTQI+ and ADHD-identified adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, burnout, and emotional regulation. My work supports neurodivergent adults in building focus, self-trust, and sustainable coping tools. I use creative expression, mindfulness and body-based practices to help clients feel grounded and supported. Starting therapy can feel like one more overwhelming task especially if ADHD or past experiences have made support feel frustrating or unsafe. I offer a creative, affirming space for 2SLGBTQI+ and neurodivergent adults where you don’t have to mask or get it “right.” We’ll go at your pace.
