With 25 years of experience in mental health, yoga therapy, and spiritual care, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassionate support to our sessions. Are you looking for a therapist who provides a warm, collaborative, and empowering approach to healing? I believe that within each of us lies the strength and wisdom to create meaningful change and growth. Together, we will tap into your inner resources and discover the tools that resonate most with you. Using a personalized and holistic mind-body-spirit approach, I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including somatic-based therapies, to align with your unique needs. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, codependency, addictions, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress management, burnout, parenting typical and neurodivergent children, adult ADHD and neurodivergent issues, and separation and divorce.
