I provide a safe, reassuring environment, allowing you to grow in self-awareness, self-compassion and a sense of hope. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey! Areas of special interest for me are: Growth over the Lifespan — Later Teen Years through Older Adulthood; Premarital and Relationship Counselling; Repair After Infidelity; Healthy Sexuality; Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum; Parenting; Life Transitions; Grief and Loss; End-of-Life. Together we will explore past hurts and current relationships. gathering insights into who you are and who you want to be. As humans, most of us rely on spiritual resources to guide and support us. Whether your spirituality is based on traditional or alternative religious expression, connection with nature, or appreciation of music, art, poetry, or movement, your path will be respected. I have an MA in Counselling Psychotherapy and Spirituality and am certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist. I use an integrative approach, drawing on humanistic and attachment therapies.
