I offer psychotherapy services to teens and adults struggling with a wide range of presenting concerns. I have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, stress, self-esteem and body image issues, chronic illness/pain, gender dysphoria, sexuality exploration, and non-monogamous relationships.

They express a desire to move through the world with more authenticity, yet past experiences that shook their sense of safety or belonging keep them feeling stuck in survival mode. With me, you don’t have to edit your story or quiet your voice. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safe, genuine connection. You are encouraged to arrive exactly as you are, and I will meet you wherever that may be. Together, we will move at a pace that honours your boundaries, working to reclaim your sense of agency and rediscover who you are when you are not just trying to survive.
