I offer psychotherapy services to teens and adults struggling with a wide range of presenting concerns. I have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, stress, self-esteem and body image issues, chronic illness/pain, gender dysphoria, sexuality exploration, and non-monogamous relationships.

Biography

If you feel disconnected from who you are or feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you - you've landed in the right space. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Kitchener, Ontario, I focus my clinical work on addressing issues related to sexuality, gender, body image and self-esteem, trauma (religious, sexual, and others), OCD, social anxiety, couples and non-monogamous relationships, religious deconstruction, and identity. I offer in-person sessions in Kitchener and online across Ontario, where I specialize in working with teens 15+, adults, and couples within the neurodivergent and queer communities. With education in Theology, Spiritual Care, and Psychotherapy, as well as additional training in EFT and Trauma, therapy with me is holistic, trauma-informed, and adjusted to meet your unique needs. I draw from modalities including Cognitive therapies such as ACT, EFT, & ERP, as well as Narrative therapy, IFS, and Gestalt. My work is aimed at helping individuals move closer to an embodied sense of being, whilst inspiring awareness, growth, and connection.
