Biography
The world has become an increasingly complicated and challenging place and, as a result, you may have noticed uncomfortable thoughts and feelings are getting in the way of living your best life. You or your child may be faced with symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, or sleeping difficulties. You may have noticed increased difficulties in your interpersonal relationships such as a decline in communication and connection, and an increase in conflict. Whether you are seeking individual support for you or your child, or couples counselling for your relationship - you don't have to face these challenges on your own. I provide an empowering and supportive space where you can both process life's challenges and learn new ways to navigate them. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and individualized to you. I also work part-time with a trained facility dog, Sophie, who provides emotional regulation and takes part in art and play-based activities for children/teens. Life is hard, but you can learn how to hold onto what matters and let go of the rest. Schedule a free consultation today to find out how therapy can help and to discuss if (Sophie and) I are the right fit to work with you. I look forward to hearing from you.
