I am passionate about creating a safe space where you can reflect and re-evaluate, enabling you to make healthier life choices that will alleviate life stressors, leading to a more balanced and fulfilled life. Jane Jane completed her Master of Social Work (MSW- Clinical Specialization) in 2012 at the University of Bedfordshire (England). She is a registered clinical social worker across multiple Canadian provinces (Saskatchewan, Ontario, and British Columbia). She holds the Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE); this demonstrates her extensive training and skills in various evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-focused therapy. Jane is an experienced addiction counsellor, mental health therapist, and relationship counsellor. She has extensive experience working with adults and adolescents from various backgrounds presenting with complex mental health concerns. Jane has worked in multiple settings, forensic in-patient hospitals, and community mental health teams. Jane loves to spend time with her family and close friends. Her favourite pastimes are travelling and experiencing new cuisines and cultures. She particularly enjoys swimming, reading, and listening to music.
