Cait Forget

Registered psychotherapist (qualifying)

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed—by anxiety that won’t quiet down, the lingering impact of trauma, or the distance growing in their most important relationships. Some feel disconnected from themselves, others struggle to feel close to their partner, and many carry shame around intimacy or sexual concerns. As a sex therapist and couples therapist, I specialize in helping people navigate these challenges with compassion and openness. Together, we work to untangle patterns, build healthier communication, and find ways to reconnect and regain confidence. Alongside this, I draw on my nursing background and experience with trauma therapy, integrating both mind and body in the healing process. My practice also offers animal-integrated and eco-therapy on my family farm, an environment where clients can feel grounded, safe, and supported by nature. Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, couples work, or healing around intimacy and trauma, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
