Aida Retta
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
You’ve always been the one others count on—the thoughtful one, the steady one. But under the surface, you might feel anxious, resentful, or quietly overwhelmed. You say yes when you want to say no. You shrink your needs to keep the peace. You care deeply, but sometimes feel like you’re disappearing in the process. These patterns often begin in relationships where love felt conditional, conflict was avoided, or your feelings went unheard.
In therapy, I offer a compassionate and understanding space to explore the roots of these struggles. My goal is to help you develop more awareness, choice, and flexibility around how you relate to others and most importantly, to yourself. Together, we'll find the patterns that hold you back and build new ways of being that better reflect who you are today.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to yourself. It’s the quiet confidence of knowing your needs matter. The relief of no longer over-explaining. The calm that comes when you say no, and can trust that you’re still good, still worthy. If this speaks to you, I’d be honoured to connect.
