Accepting NEW Clients – Are you feeling stuck, over stress, or uncertain about how to navigate life’s challenges? Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, past or present traumas, or relationship issues, I’m here to help. My focus is on creating a space that your own, where you can explore and challenge what holds us back from improved well-being, gaining clarity, and building resilience. Together, we’ll work to create personal growth in a way that fits, improve coping strategies, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships, helping you move toward a balanced and meaningful life.
I use a client-specific approach that draws from ACT, Attachment-Based, CBT, Compassion-Focused, Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Trauma-Focused therapies. I work with individuals and couples, including LGBTQIA+ clients, focusing on areas like depression, anxiety, grief, infidelity, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns.
