Are you navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or the weight of caregiving and responsibility? Looking for support in moving into a new role within your family, relationship, or parenting? Maybe you’re trying to make sense of your past, your identity, or how to move forward in a way that feels more steady and sustainable. Together, we can slow things down, build insight, and help you feel more grounded and supported in your day to day life. I work with adults from diverse and multicultural backgrounds, including those navigating immigration, identity, and belonging, as well as individuals supporting aging parents or living with chronic health concerns. I also support those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, balancing multiple roles and responsibilities, or looking for clarity overall.
