Biography
Are you feeling stuck in cycles of stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm? I help adults, young adults, and couples navigate challenges like PTSD, c-PTSD, ADHD, and relationship difficulties that leave you feeling disconnected or reactive. As a trauma therapist and EMDR specialist with an MA in Counselling Psychology and an MA in Education Technologies, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of learning and growth processes. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, somatic and parts work, polyvagal theory, DBT, and CBT, to help clients process what’s stored in the body, uncover patterns keeping them stuck, and build skills to feel regulated, connected, and empowered. My practice is rooted in helping you Harmonize your nervous system, Heal from the past, and Transform into the most authentic version of yourself. Sessions are compassionate, structured, and experiential, tailored to your needs. When I’m not in sessions, I enjoy traveling, woodworking, and playing pickleball—interests that keep me curious, creative, and grounded, much like the work I do with clients. Virtual sessions across Ontario are available for your convenience.
