Bethany Jacobs
Registered Social Worker
I am a helper who walks alongside clients on their journey toward healing, recovery, and wholeness. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and grounded in deep compassion and respect. I believe that you already carry wisdom and strength—and therapy can help you reconnect with those resources when they feel distant.
My approach is wholistic, honoring the full interconnection between mind, body, spirit, emotion, and relationship. I invite clients to expand their “bundle”—gathering new tools, practices, and perspectives that support resilience, clarity, and self-understanding.
I offer care that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities. I work to embody practices that are anti-sanist, anti-ableist, anti-homophobic, and anti-transphobic. Everyone deserves space to feel their grief, hold their complexity, and share their story—and I am here to hold that space with you.
My focus is always on creating space that honours your pace, your story, and your vision of healing.
