Annette Gravelle
Registered Psychotherapist
I am accepting new clients!
Life can be confusing when dealing with transitions, challenges, changes, old patterns and trauma. Choosing to increase your well-being takes courage and can require support. I have always been drawn to supporting others as they navigate their life journey toward growth, resiliency, well-being, and joy. Using a positive, person-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and accepting space to process your mental, emotional and/or spiritual load. Here we will journey together toward your personal mental health and growth goals. Reaching out is difficult so congratulations on taking that first step!
We are all unique and learn differently. I use a mosaic of techniques from CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and supportive counselling to tailor treatment plans that fit your values, learning style, personal characteristics, strengths, and resources. Successful therapy is collaborative and more retainable when we work together on your needs.
I support clients challenged with various forms of anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, PTSD, trauma and suicidality, as well as Personality and Psychological disorders. Everyone's journey is different so let's talk and discover your steps to greater personal well-being. I currently offer accessible and secure virtual and phone sessions across Ontario and offer a free 15-minute consultation.
