I offer in person and virtual support for children, youth and adults.I am an LGBTQ therapist who brings lived experience and understanding to my work with LGBTQ+ folks that goes beyond allyship. Areas of focus include neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, women’s mental health, and helping professionals. I offer a discount for helping professionals to reduce barriers to therapy for helpers.

My clients experience healing and growth through unconditional acceptance, empathy, and feeling heard and understood.
