Hello and welcome to my page. Reaching out for support takes courage and I am glad you’re here considering the possibility of us working together. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, emotional pain, and relationship struggles. My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and move toward healing. I work to meet clients where they are, creating a space that encourages meaningful growth. Sessions are shaped by your unique story and needs whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of support. In addition to professional training, my practice is informed by lived experience. Parenting, running a small business, and years in frontline social work and crisis response have all deepened my empathy and capacity to hold space for others. I understand how life’s challenges can test us and how support can make all the difference. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, relationship tension, parenting stress, or struggles with self-worth, you don’t have to face it alone.
