I have 38 years of experience working with families and individuals. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to Eating Disorders, Life Transitions, Anxiety and Depression, Adoption, Substance Misuse, Self Harming Behavior, Family Conflict and Parenting Support. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to support my clients, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psycho dynamic Therapy and Trauma Focused Treatment. I tailor my work with each client based on their identified needs and goals. All counselling is provided collaboratively, with a goal of creating a treatment plan that makes sense to my client and identifies achievable goals.
