You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You’re not expected to perform, impress, or have the right words, because we'll make sense of it all together. I offer a free consultation call. Daytime and evening availability. I work with youth, adults, and couples, supporting concerns such as anxiety, stress, mood, ADHD, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Creating a space where you can breathe, slow down, and finally feel understood, we'll explore what healing, change, and meaning making might look like for you. As I complete my Master’s degree, I take an integrative, culturally aware, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing from EFT, Narrative, CBT, DBT, and parts-based therapies.
