With over 13 years of experience, I have a sound knowledge in the treatment of relationship and marriage issues, anxiety and depression. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is an evidence based model to help individuals to become unstuck in their emotions and to help couples build the secure loving bond you are longing for.
