I know how hard it can be to feel disconnected from yourself, your body, or from the people you love. When you're moving through anxiety, stress, intimacy or sexual concerns, identity questions, or relationship conflict — it can start to feel lonely and heavy fast. Therapy can help you reconnect with your inner voice. With me, you'll find a confidential, inclusive, and real space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. I don't do one-size-fits-all therapy — sessions are shaped around you, your goals, and what you're actually living through. You are not alone. I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Mental Health Counselor, and PhD candidate in Clinical Sexology specializing in anxiety, identity, sexuality, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ care. I help individuals and couples navigate communication, trust, conflict, infidelity, repair, non-monogamy, and intimacy and sexual concerns with a modern and integrative approach that feels real.
