Biography
Hi! My name is Daniel and I am a men's therapist specializing in men's issues. I believe men need therapy designed for us. Between wars, economic issues, and everyday obligations, life can be a lot. In my own therapy, I'm often reminded of how important it is to have someone in the water with me. I work with people navigating relationships, addiction, and depression, and those who feel boxy "clinical" therapy isn’t for them. I believe therapy can and should be fun at times! I work from a holistic lens, taking your mind, body, and spirit into what might help you best (I also see women and couples!) We’ll explore the big “what” and “why” questions in your life with curiosity, honesty, and a bit of humour, because healing shouldn’t feel cold or clinical. Whether we’re talking about life through the lens of your favourite shows, experiences, dreams or just figuring out how to survive in this life I’m here. Let’s team up, because you weren’t meant to do life alone. And you don't have to. Change can start today. I work with individuals (men and women) and couples. I also bring years of fitness and nutrition into my treatment & am currently being certified as a Nutritionist from NASM (National Association for Sports Medicine).
