Biography

Accepting NEW Clients - Do you feel “stuck” in your day-to-day life or unsure how to move forward in a way that makes you feel fulfilled? Are you interested in learning more about how your childhood impacts you as an adult? Does it feel like your past experiences are weighing on you, and your sense of self is foggy or unclear? Are you interested in exploring different perspectives or figuring out who you’d like to move forward as? Together we can look at the steps that have brought you to this point, and increase self-awareness, emotional stability, and insight into your experiences. While my work stems from various frameworks including a trauma-focused approach to EMDR, DBT, ACT and Narrative therapy, our work would be something specific and unique to your situation and preferences. My areas of interest are mood (anxiety, stress), attachment, grief, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I have advanced trainings and specialize in trauma. I hold a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of South Wales and a Masters of Counselling from Yorkville University. Having worked alongside people from all walks of life and of all ages in clinical, general, and athletic settings, I want to offer you a space to navigate present-day and past challenges free of judgement in a unique way.
