I support adults and young adults healing from addiction, social anxiety, and depression, and guide trauma recovery through an EMDR-informed lens. As a non-Indigenous person working with Indigenous clients, I strive to honour a Two-Eyed Seeing perspective and practice with cultural humility. Recovery doesn't happen to you, it happens because of you. I'll be there beside you.

Biography

Hi Friends, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with CRPO and hold a MA in Counselling Psychology. I have helped clients in inpatient, outpatient, group, and individual sessions. I am EMDR trained. Two years experience working with Indigenous folks. I work from a client-centred stance as I too was once a client. Now, I have 12 years of sobriety and live with 5 diagnosed mental health conditions. I share this is there is a good chance I can understand what you're saying because I have been there. I have the book learning and credentials and, perhaps more importantly, lived experience.
