Therapy is fundamentally about discovery. Sometimes getting lost is how the most important discoveries are made. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore (and learn to trust) our own deeper layers. Those curious about their inner world are invited to book an introductory consult to begin a journey of self-understanding and authentic living. I offer online therapy to clients in Ontario & BC.
Biography
People often seek therapy when life feels messy and the way forward is unclear. When we notice ourselves repeating the same relationship patterns, wrestling with our inner critic, or feeling chronically stressed or burnt out, it can be paralyzing and lonely. But there is hope. Change is possible. For those tired of struggling alone, I would like to walk with you. I offer online psychodynamic support for those ready to explore the roots of their struggles. We start by building safety and steadiness, learn how to read our own inner signals and regulate an overwhelmed nervous system. My approach is depth-oriented, integrative, and collaborative. By exploring dreams, behaviours, and history, we can map unconscious patterns and, in time, integrate once feared or exiled emotions, which carry valuable messages that help us guide our lives. Our aim is not to 'fix', but to discover and develop the capacity to navigate life’s transitions confidently. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) with 7 years of practice holding a Diploma in Psychodynamic Therapy from the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (CTP). (Additional Credentials: DC (CMCC) and BSc (Queen's); 18+ years in regulated health profession.)
