I have experience working with a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, grief, separation, and self-esteem. I am also trained in self-compassion, Mindfulness, grounding techniques and breathing exercises. I use a unique blend of evidence-based modalities to fit the individual needs of the person I work with. I view mental health as a part of life we all experience over the course of our life span. I use an empathetic and non-judgmental approach in order to ensure people feel safe. I tend to live her life according to the Helen Keller Quote “Together we can do so little, together we can do so much”.
