About
High expectations, low self-esteem, and a brain that won’t shut off? I specialize in supporting women (20s-40s) navigating anxiety, life transitions, and suspected or confirmed neurodivergence (ADHD or AuDHD). My approach is neuro-affirming, mind-body centered, and specifically designed to help you stop overthinking and start living authentically. Let's build a life that actually feels like you!
Biography
I didn't start my career in a therapy room; I spent years in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. It was my own experience with burnout and the challenge of navigating mental health hurdles that led me to trade click-through rates for human connection. I know firsthand how it feels to lose yourself in the grind, and what it takes to find your way back. As a late-stage diagnosed AuDHDer, I had to un-learn "trying harder", and instead, embrace "try differently." Our work together will be rooted in authenticity, a good dose of humour, and the belief that therapy shouldn't feel like a lecture. Together, we’ll work on making sense of your story and building the resilience you need to navigate life’s messier chapters. Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, or just ready to meet yourself again, I’m here to help you navigate that landscape with confidence (and maybe a little laughter along the way).
