I’m a therapist who helps people build a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food, body, self, and others. My work is rooted in compassion and evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout — helping them move away from rigid expectations and toward balance, self-connection, and confidence. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. Together, we explore patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen emotion regulation skills, and reconnect you with what truly matters. Healing isn’t about control — it’s about curiosity, compassion, and creating space for growth.
